Command definitions. Each command should include an id and label; optional keys such as category, caption, icon, icon_src, icon_size, or disabled are forwarded to the frontend. icon uses bundled workflow icon names.

Callback map keyed by command id. A callback receives the activated command id. The map stays available as the callbacks attribute, and on_click or on_action register callbacks for every activation.
